For the automotive industry, we develop and manufacture custom machines and systems for thermal processes, coating applications, testing procedures, and the automation of complete production lines. We place a particular emphasis on systems for the manufacture and further processing of brake and clutch linings, as well as the machining of mechanical brake components and engine and transmission parts.
In the field of brake pad manufacturing, we produce, among other things, tower, chamber, and continuous-flow furnaces for disc brake pads - including loading and unloading systems - adhesive curing furnaces for drum brake pads, and hardening furnaces for drum, disc brake, and clutch pads. In addition, we supply scorching systems, sandblasting systems, cleaning stations, and systems for anti-noise coating and powder coating for disc brake pads.
In addition to individual systems for the aforementioned areas, we also design and develop complete production lines that efficiently integrate multiple process steps. By integrating handling, conveying, and automation technology, we create end-to-end production processes characterized by high process reliability, reproducible quality, and optimally coordinated workflows.
Furthermore, our range of services includes tempering and stress-relief furnaces for engine and transmission components, as well as the full range of test benches for plastic fuel tanks. These include thermal chambers, pendulum and sledge tests, as well as pressure test benches, which can be used to test components under defined conditions.
